Brewery AX Coordinator

Are you a Microsoft AX guru who enjoys process improvement? We are looking for a badass Brewery AX Coordinator to support our Production team.

Your mission:

• Lead and collaborate cross functionally to employ disciplined methodologies in order to identify and correct brewery process abnormalities and drive key performance indicator improvements
• Work with supervisors/technicians to identify and correct AX paperwork discrepancies
• Run required reports to verify data integrity in AX
• Provide accurate production records
• Track and lead efforts to identify root causes between AX and Ignition manufacturing execution system
• Manage and adjust duplicate LPNs and work to eliminate root cause
• Verify materials consumed match final manufacturing orders
• Verify labor routes are correct and match finish product
• Review and validate raw materials in support of production orders
• Correct any raw material over consumption for manufacturing orders. Coach and train brewers and packaging technicians on proper consumption
• Review all staging locations to ensure there are no left over materials
• Manage and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Assist in inventory adjustments as required
• Assist in troubleshooting of system transactions
• Provide daily updates to supervisors and the Planning team
• Develop knowledge as the Plant Materials Subject Matter Expert:
  • Determine materials issues with QA, Brewing and Operations
  • Attend weekly meetings with vendors
  • Work with vendors to resolve material defects issues
• Develop reports as needed working with IT and Procurement
• Input all Brewing and Packaging invoices into AX
• Issue purchase orders as needed and maintain non-inventories items
• Systematically update mix pack and rework expiration dates as needed
• Manage and complete mix pack consumption
• Develop and manage bill of materials
• Provide close to real time manufacturing order closing
• Manage co-product and special transfers for the brewery in AX
• Work with third part co-packer when needed
  • Ensure required materials arrive on time
  • Manage and track consumption
• End of the month reporting duties
  • Verify order accuracy of all materials and consumption
  • Verify manufacturing order accuracy
• End of year reporting
• Other duties as assigned

Our ideal candidate will:

• Possess minimum of 1-3 years of related experience
• Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft AX, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ignition program knowledge is a plus
