We’re looking for a Chef with a love of scratch cooking, beer, and an interest in pizza. As the chef, you’re in control of everything surrounding great food. We need someone who wants to take the reins of a proven and successful kitchen inside an independent and growing restaurant-brewery group.
The menu will be yours, only limited by the constraints of our concept. We try to use locally sourced food and specialize in artisan pizza and sandwiches that pair well with our beer brewed on site. You’ll be completely in charge of the kitchen, the culinary team, and the kitchen finances (assuming you can hit a budget).
If you’re technically skilled, you play nice with others, and you’re comfortable in a position of autonomy and leadership, then we’d love to work with you.
